What happens if I want to cancel an order which is on backorder?
If you wish to cancel your order due to the fact that the lead time is not suitable or alternate products are not available, you may do so in writing to sales@zebracomputers.co.uk

What happens if I order goods in error?
It is acknowledged that goods are incorrectly ordered from time to time.
These may be returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice providing goods are in a wholly saleable condition relative to product integrity, shelf life, and packaging.(ie If the product has not been opened, it can be returned)
These should be returned at the cost of the customer with suitable paperwork and details to enable a prompt processing of your credit note.
* All such returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge
 
What happens if I have a faulty item?
Goods claimed to be faulty may require prior authorisation from the manufacturer before credit can be agreed. In such situations returns must be accompanied by a faulty evaluation form  and print sample. Faulty goods in general and those compliant with above are collected free of charge.

What do I do if the goods I purchased are damaged?
All deliveries received in a damaged condition should be signed for as damaged to enable a claim to be processed. Such claims must be lodged with Zebra Computers within 3 working days to be valid. Credit, where appropriate, will be issued upon receipt and evaluation, normally with 3 working days.
 
What happens if I receive short shipment or incorrect goods?
For a claim to be valid it must be lodged with Zebra Computers within 3 working days. Replacement goods will be despatched same day as notification.
 
What happens if I have goods for return?
Our carriers should effect all collections within 48 hours unless otherwise advised.
 
What is the returns expiry date?
All returns numbers carry a 14 day expiry date. The returns number is void after this date.
Credits will not be issued against a returns number once void, and goods will subsequently be refused.
All returns must be suitably packaged with the Returns Number written on a label attached to the box. 
Damaged or defaced original packaging cannot be creditted, so we strongly advise you not to write a Returns Number on the box.
